The Smart Environment Pro bundle includes 4 x gas sensors (CO, NO2, SO2, O3), temperature, humidity & pressure, and an accurate particulate sensor (PM1, PM2.5, PM10) - with a 2G/3G/4G wireless module, battery and solar panel.

The Libelium Smart Environment Pro (SE-Pro) is based on the Libelium Plug&Sense! platform (P&S) and is specifically geared towards environmental monitoring.

Note: The 4G can 'send' data using HTTP, FTP or TCP. There is no native MQTT support and the use of HTTP/HTTPS requires some programming and use of the Waspmote 4G libraries. Please review the development documentation (linked to, further below, for more information)

Gas Sensors

Gas sensors are calibrated sensors that are not stock items. Once the order has been received, the sensors are ordered with the manufacturer and undergo a calibration process.

Calibrated sensors have a lifespan of ~12-18 months, after which their accuracy will reduce and they will experience sensor drift. It is recommended for production deployments that sensors are replaced every 12-18 months.

We recommend you review the detailed technical specifications to determine if the sensors are appropriate for your solution.

Calibrated sensors cannot be returned after delivery as they are considered consumable (except for faults or defects)

Programming, configuration and cloud

The P&S nodes require a level of configuration or programming using the Waspmote SDK (similar to Arduino). Libelium has extensive configuration guides and example resources on their website.
